Research and development of the RSA IoT Security Monitor (RISM) in the Advanced Development (AD) team
Product specialist covering all accounts across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau for the Fraud & Risk Intelligence product line. The FRI suite comprises fraud detection & prevention, risk-based authentication, anti-phishing protection, cybercrime intelligence, account takeover prevention and 3DS authentication.
Covered Singapore (Government and Education accounts) and Malaysia focusing on the NetWitness product line. The NetWitness suite comprises network, endpoint and SOC operations managements solutions
- Develop technical strategies to deliver solutions supporting customer's requirements.
- Analyze customer's business objectives and gather information from customers to devise a proposed solution
- Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding
- Provide solution configuration by leveraging technical expertise and other resources
- Develop technical aspects of sales campaigns
Developed and maintained security intelligence and content for the RSA Security Analytics platform, including log parsers and event-based correlation rules
